PayTask helps with task tracking and piece-rate payroll calculations: the built-in user search lets you find the right contractors by phone number, full name, age, email, address, social networks, and description.
Where to Open the Search
Go to https://paytask.ru/usersearch.php and sign in. The form is available to all roles with permission to view users.

Filter Fields
- Phone contains: part of the number; spaces and symbols are optional.
- Full name contains: searches by full name converted to lowercase.
- Age from / to: age is calculated from the date of birth; you can fill in one or both fields.
- Email contains: searches by email, case-insensitive.
- Home address contains: free-form address search.
- Social network profile address contains: searches by profile link.
- About Me contains: text from the user’s “About Me” field.
Any empty field is ignored: only filled-in filters are applied.
How to Run a Search
- Fill in one or more filter fields.
- Click 🔎 Search.
- Review the results below the form. If all criteria are empty, the search does not run.
The system returns no more than 100 records; if the dataset is large, refine your filters.
How to Read the Results
- User row: name with age, link to the profile at https://paytask.ru/profile.php with the uid parameter.
- Contacts: the email is clickable (mailto); the social network link opens in a new tab.
- Cards alternate background colors for easier scrolling.
- If there are no matches, the message “Users not found” is displayed.

Practical Tips
- Combine full name and age to narrow down results for piece-rate payroll calculations.
- Use email or social networks when the phone number is unknown.
- The “About Me” text helps match a contractor to a task or shift.
- The address filter narrows by location, making time tracking across branches easier.
Example Queries
Phone contains: 901 — quick employee lookup for payout.
Full name contains: ivanov; Age from: 25; Age to: 35 — selecting contractors for a shift.
Social network contains: vk.com/team — verifying team profiles.
If there are no results, remove extra filters or check spelling. For reliable full name and address searches, use parts of words without extra spaces.
