1. General Provisions
- This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the basic principles, purposes, conditions and methods of processing personal data by PayTask (individual Murzin Alexey Vladimirovich) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
- This Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 2 of part 1 of Article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Law), taking into account the requirements of the Personal Data Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data.
- This Policy applies to all operations performed by the Operator with personal data using or without using automation tools. The Operator processes the personal data of the personal data subject only if they are filled in and (or) sent by the personal data subject independently through forms on the website paytask.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Website), or sent to the Operator via email info@paytask.ru. By filling out the appropriate forms and (or) sending their personal data to the Operator, the personal data subject agrees to this Policy.
- The personal data subject independently decides to provide their personal data and gives consent freely, by their own will and in their own interest.
- This Policy is subject to updating on the initiative of the Operator, as well as in case of changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.
2. Basic Definitions
- For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms are used in the following meanings:
Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (personal data subject).
Biometric personal data — information that characterizes the physiological and biological characteristics of a person, on the basis of which their identity can be established.
Processing of personal data — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computer technology.
Distribution of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons.
Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.
Blocking of personal data — temporary cessation of processing of personal data (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data).
Destruction of personal data — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed.
Depersonalization of personal data — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible, without using additional information, to determine the ownership of personal data to a specific personal data subject.
Personal data subject, Subject — an individual who can be directly or indirectly identified using personal data.
Consent to the processing of personal data, Consent — a written or digital document that confirms the voluntary decision of the Subject to transfer personal data to the Operator in the volume, on the terms and for the purposes defined by this Policy and agreements concluded between the Subject and the Operator.
User — any visitor to the PayTask.ru website.
Employer — a registered user of the Service who creates tasks and invites workers to complete them.
Worker — a registered user of the Service who performs tasks created by the employer.
3. Principles and Purposes of Personal Data Processing
- The processing of personal data by the Operator is carried out taking into account the need to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of personal data subjects, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets, based on the following principles:
- processing of personal data is carried out on a legal basis;
- processing of personal data is limited to achieving specific, predetermined and lawful purposes;
- processing of personal data that is incompatible with the purposes of collecting personal data is not allowed;
- the content and volume of processed personal data correspond to the stated processing purposes. Redundancy of processed personal data in relation to the stated purposes of their processing is not allowed;
- when processing personal data, the accuracy of personal data, their sufficiency, and in necessary cases, their relevance to the purposes of processing personal data are ensured;
- storage of personal data is carried out in a form that allows the identification of the personal data subject, no longer than required by the purposes of processing personal data, unless the period of storage of personal data is established by federal law, an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party, beneficiary or guarantor.
- The processing of personal data by the Operator is carried out for the following purposes:
- Registration and authorization of users.
- Accounting and generating reports on tasks completed by website users.
- Analytics of Website usage (anonymized data).
4. Volume and Categories of Processed Personal Data, Categories of Personal Data Subjects
- The Operator may process personal data of the following Subjects:
- counterparties — individuals and representatives of counterparties — legal entities acting as workers and/or employers;
- visitors to the paytask.ru Website, including registered users of the Website;
- applicants — people who apply for a specific position or vacancy.
- Personal data processed by the Operator includes:
- surname, first name, patronymic of the personal data subject;
- address of residence/stay or other address specified by the Subject when concluding agreements with the Operator;
- date of birth;
- payment details;
- social network page, information about yourself, used currency, time zone;
- information about work tasks (name, instructions, frequency of completion, payment for completion, completion time, number of completions and time spent, comments);
- positions held by workers;
- mobile phone number;
- email address;
- cookie files, information about user actions on the Website, date and time of last visit, number of page views, IP address, geolocation, language, user-agent, referer, device information and other Yandex.Metrica data.
- The Operator ensures that the content and volume of processed personal data correspond to the stated processing purposes and, if necessary, takes measures to eliminate their redundancy in relation to the stated processing purposes.
5. Procedure and Conditions for Processing Personal Data
- The processing of personal data by the Operator is carried out in the following ways:
- non-automated processing of personal data;
- automated processing of personal data with or without transmission of the obtained information via the Internet, including processing using automated database management systems MySQL and other software;
- mixed processing of personal data.
- Storage and processing of personal data is carried out on the territory of the Russian Federation on the servers of the hosting provider: LLC "Internet Technologies", OGRN 1055010417912, INN 5053041183, website address https://nochost.ru/, legal address: Moscow Region, Elektrostal, Lenin Avenue, 122a. Data center address: Moscow, Mazhorov Lane, 14, building 3.
- List of actions performed by the Operator with personal data: collection, systematization, storage, extraction, transfer (provision, access), blocking, destruction, recording, accumulation, clarification (updating, modification), use, depersonalization, deletion, distribution on the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
- The personal data subject decides to provide their personal data and gives Consent freely, by their own will and in their own interest.
- The Operator does not process biometric personal data.
- Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out by the Operator.
- Processing of special categories of personal data relating to racial, national origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, intimate life is not carried out by the Operator.
- Processing of personal data is terminated in cases of receiving notification of withdrawal of consent or in case of termination of the Operator's activities.
- The legal basis for processing personal data is the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". Other cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation are also the legal basis for processing personal data.
Measures to ensure the security of personal data:
The Operator implements the requirements of Articles 18.1 and 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", including:
- issuance of documents defining the Operator's policy regarding the processing of personal data;
- application of legal, organizational and technical measures to ensure the security of personal data;
- implementation of internal control and (or) audit of compliance of personal data processing with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- determination of threats to the security of personal data when processing them in personal data information systems;
- detection of facts of unauthorized access to personal data and taking measures to prevent and eliminate the consequences of computer attacks;
- control over the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data and the level of protection of personal data information systems.
Means of ensuring the security of personal data:
- identification and authentication of the user when logging into the system using a conditionally permanent password;
- use of data transmission channel protection tools (TLS/SSL);
- backup and data recovery;
- logging and monitoring of user actions.
- Encryption (cryptographic) tools are not used in the processing of personal data.
- The period of processing personal data is unlimited. The Subject may at any time withdraw their Consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Operator via email to the Operator's email address specified in section 10 of this Policy, marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".
- The Operator undertakes to cease processing the Subject's personal data within 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt of the notification in accordance with clause 5.8 of this Policy.
- Personal data may be transferred to the following categories of third parties:
- Analytical services (Yandex.Metrica) — for analyzing traffic and user behavior on the website. Yandex.Metrica collects and processes data in accordance with Yandex's privacy policy.
- Authorized government agencies — upon justified request in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The Operator requires third parties receiving personal data to maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of personal data during their processing.
- Use of Yandex.Metrica service:
The website uses the Yandex.Metrica web analytics system to collect statistical information about website visitors. Yandex.Metrica uses cookie technology to collect information about user actions on the site: visited pages, time on site, transitions between pages, traffic sources and other technical data.
The collected data is transmitted and stored on Yandex servers in accordance with Yandex's Privacy Policy, located at https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential/ru/

6. Basic Rights and Obligations
- The Operator has the right to:
- receive reliable information and (or) documents containing personal data from the Subject;
- require the personal data subject to timely clarify the provided personal data.
- The Operator is obliged to:
- process personal data in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
- consider requests from the personal data subject (their legal representative) on personal data processing issues and provide reasoned responses;
- provide the personal data subject (their legal representative) with the opportunity for free access to their personal data;
- take measures to clarify, destroy the personal data of the personal data subject in connection with their (their legal representative's) appeal with lawful and justified requirements;
- organize the protection of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- Personal data subjects have the right to:
- complete information about their personal data processed by the Operator;
- access to their personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of any record containing their personal data, except in cases provided for by federal law;
- clarification of their personal data, their blocking or destruction in cases where personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
- withdrawal of Consent to the processing of personal data;
- taking measures provided for by law to protect their rights;
- exercise of other rights provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- Personal data subjects are obliged to:
- provide the Operator with reliable information about themselves;
- provide documents containing personal data in the volume necessary for the purpose of processing;
- inform the Operator about the clarification (updating, modification) of their personal data.
- Persons who have provided the Operator with inaccurate information about themselves or information about another personal data subject without the consent of the latter are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
- Cookies are small text files that are saved on a user's device when visiting a website and contain information about the user's actions on the site.
- The Operator uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Ensuring the functioning of the website and its services.
- User authentication (saving information that the user is authorized).
- Remembering user preferences and settings.

- By using the PayTask.ru website, the user agrees to the use of cookies in accordance with this Policy.
8. Dispute Resolution Procedure
- All disputes and disagreements that may arise between the Operator and Subjects on issues not resolved in the text of the Policy should be resolved through negotiations.
- The parties are obliged to comply with the claim procedure for resolving disputes. Before going to court with a claim on disputes arising from relations between the Subject and the Operator, a claim (written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute) is submitted. The claim review period is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, unless another pre-trial settlement procedure is established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
- If disputed issues are not resolved during negotiations, disputes arising from the Policy are resolved in a court of general jurisdiction at the location of the Operator. The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Policy and the relations between the Subject and the Operator.
9. Final Provisions
- The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. When making changes, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current version is constantly available on the Website.
- This Policy approves the form of Consent to the processing of personal data of Website users, which is posted on the Website in public access at the link: https://paytask.ru/consent.php
